Allowance
• Apprentices are eligible to receive a minimum monthly allowance from the company / employer for the entire duration of the training as follows:

Certification
• After a 2 year course the apprentice will be awarded a SLDN certificate K-workers (equal to SKM Level 3) which is recognized by MLVK and related industries
Career Development
• Apprentices who successfully complete the 2 year course have the opportunity for career development as follows:
a. Eligible for the DKM programme.
b. Instructor in industrial training institutes.
c. Self-employed.
d. Opportunities for promotion.
