The Skills Development Department website provides a number of features that can help users who want to make some changes to the original content on the website to enable them to access the site properly. This effort is made to meet the requirements of the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative's (WAI) missionto allow web sites to be made accessible to people with disabilities.
Features found in this website are :
1. Text Size 
- The stext size can be made smaller or large to facilitate your reading and you can choose your favorite font. this feature can be found at right left section of the website (Yt Framework).
2. Text Color Choice 
- Changing the colour of the text ,akes easy for those who are visually impaired or colour -blind. This feature is found in the left section.
