Background

ADI PEKERJAAN BERASASKAN PEMBUKTIAN PENGALAMAN

Introduction

ADI Employment is an experience-based evidence training approach conducted without going through the conventional accreditation system. It encompasses:

  1. 80% work skills (work activity) performed within the industry/company and;
  2. 20% knowledge reinforcement at the company/training centre via physical, online, or hybrid modes. 

 

Training Standard ReferenceBased on the National Occupational Skills Standards (NOSS) or SLDN Curriculum
Certification

Apprentices who successfully complete this training will be awarded:

  1. Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) Levels 1, 2, 3
  2. Malaysian Skills Diploma (DKM)
  3. Malaysian Advanced Skills Diploma (DLKM)
 
Tax Relief

Companies conducting Work-Based ADI training will enjoy the following benefits:

a) Eligibility to claim levies for companies contributing to Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB). (Employer Circular No. 1/2008)

b) Eligibility for corporate income tax deductions (single tax deduction) under the provisions of subsection 34(6)(n) of the Income Tax Act (ITA) 1967.
