Introduction
ADI Employment is an experience-based evidence training approach conducted without going through the conventional accreditation system. It encompasses:
- 80% work skills (work activity) performed within the industry/company and;
- 20% knowledge reinforcement at the company/training centre via physical, online, or hybrid modes.

Tax Relief
Companies conducting Work-Based ADI training will enjoy the following benefits:
a) Eligibility to claim levies for companies contributing to Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB). (Employer Circular No. 1/2008)
b) Eligibility for corporate income tax deductions (single tax deduction) under the provisions of subsection 34(6)(n) of the Income Tax Act (ITA) 1967.
