APPLICATION FOR ADDITION OF PROGRAMMES

Any skills training provider with a valid accreditation certificate may apply to add training programmes for accreditation. Such applications must be submitted to the Director General via the MySpike system and shall comply with the procedures and criteria established by the Department of Skills Development (DSD).

  1. Copy of the approval letter or certificate to conduct training issued by any government agency or authority.
  2. Copy of premises ownership information or tenancy agreement if the premises are rented.

  1. Copy of a valid work permit issued by the Sarawak / Sabah Immigration Department for individuals who are not citizens of the respective state.
  2. Employment offer letter from the employer in Sabah / Sarawak.
