Full Implementation of Electronic Certificate (eCertificate) Issuance for Eligible Candidates Under Sistem Persijilan Kemahiran Malaysia (SPKM)

  • Please be informed that the Department of Skills Development (JPK), Ministry of Human Resources (MOHR) has fully implemented the issuance of Electronic Certificates (eCertificates) for candidates verified for SPKM certification qualification effective from 1 January 2024. Following the implementation of these Electronic Certificates, physical certificates will no longer be issued by JPK.
  • The Electronic Certificates encompass the Statement of Achievement (PC), Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM), Malaysian Skills Diploma (DKM), and Malaysian Skills Advanced Diploma (DLKM) obtained through three (3) implementation methods: the Accredited Programme Training System (SLaPB), Recognition of Prior Achievement (PPT), and Academy in Industry (ADI).
