Skills training based on Standards and conducted at Accredited Centres, leading to the award of the Malaysian Skills Certificate.

An Accredited Centre, as defined under Act 652, refers to a skills training provider authorized by the Director General to conduct an accredited program leading to the award of a certificate. The programs offered are in accordance with the latest Register of Standards that has been approved and is currently in force.
