- Age:
- ≥ 17 years old: Applications for Micro-Credential programs, NCS, and SKM Level 1, 2, and 3
- ≥ 21 years old: Applications for SKM Level 4 (DKM) programs
- ≥ 23 years old: Applications for SKM Level 5 (DLKM) programs
- Meet the prerequisites as outlined in the Standard where applicable.
- Possess an SKM at a lower level for applications to a higher SKM level within the same program group.
- Possess work experience in the relevant field at the applied level, either locally or abroad, as specified in the Minimum Work Experience Duration Table for Relevant Fields.
- Applications for the same program are not permitted if the applicant already possesses an SKM/DKM/DLKM for that specific program.
Candidates are required to conduct a self-assessment within the system to determine whether they have met the Standard requirements for the applied programme and to evaluate their existing competencies.
