Any Accredited Centre wishing to terminate its program accreditation or its status as an Accredited Centre shall comply with the following requirements:
Resolve all training and certification matters for trainees registered at the existing Accredited Centre; and
Submit a formal application letter for the termination of the program/Accredited Centre accreditation to the Director General of Skills Development (KPPK).
