The Strategic Cooperation Division is responsible for developing strategic cooperation between departments
and external organizations by coordinating and implementing programs and activities in the perspective of
skilled manpower development.

Strategic Cooperatio Division Functions:-

1. Manage and coordinate the appointment and activities of the Industry Leading Body (ILB).
2. Establishing activities of strategic relations and cooperation between departments and organizations,
   especially employers and industry aims to produce a positive impact and benefit to the country and
   the people, especially in the development of skilled human resources
3. Manage and coordinate the appointment and activities of the Skills Development Advisory Committee
   (JPPK).
4. Promoting articulation pathways for Malaysian Skills Certification graduates to further their studies to a
   higher level.
