The WorldSkills Competition (WSC) is the highest level skills competition in the world in recognizing highly skilled youths. The competition is open to all member countries of WorldSkills International (WSI). Malaysia has been accepted as a member of WSI since 1993. Skills area are competed according to world level skills standards. Malaysia's participation in the WSC aims to benchmark the country's youth skills level towards producing a world-class skilled workforce.
