- Coordinate and promote the articulation path for Malaysia Skills Certificate graduates to continue their studies to a higher level.
- Manage and coordinate appointments and events Industry leader Firm (ILB).
- Manage and coordinate appointments and activities Skills Development Advisory Committee (SDRC).
- Coordinate and manage the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and the Joint Statement between the Department and Organization Affairs.
- Utilizing law enforcement agencies in an effort to upgrade skills training.
- Liaise closely with the industry to obtain information needs skilled workers.
